Hundreds of thousands of Cuban and global guests poured into in Santa claus Clara, Cuba to pay homage towards the revolutionary leader Ernesto “Che” Guevara, one of the leaders of the Cuban Trend.
Together with President Raul Castro Ruz, more than 600, 000 people saw sunlight come up before the official ceremonies started at Che’ s monument plus mausoleum in the town which happily hosts his memorial.

Some of Che’s members of the family and his fellow combatants who passed away by his side in Bolivia joined supporters from social, politics, and youth organizations.
Che’s bronze monument, which appears almost 20 meters high, overshadowing his mausoleum, looked over the masses as the honor guard moved to create a large floral wreath, in the form of a red star as the nationwide anthem played.
Diaz-Canel called the audience’ s attention to the particular accomplishments made around the city and Cuba since Che’ s passing away.
“ The achievements of this town demonstrate how much continues to be done to continue his legacy, to complement his example, to try to be like your pet, ” said the vice chief executive, emphasizing that Che’s memory should be more than just a slogan, but a means of life.
